1. Agreement to Terms

By using Pingless Studio services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Pingless Studio provides digital product and development services. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in project-specific agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and required access to tools or systems needed to complete agreed work.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each service agreement. Late or missing payments may pause ongoing work until the account is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership transfer terms are defined in project contracts. Unless stated otherwise, pre-existing tools, templates, and internal methods remain the property of Pingless Studio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pingless Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or services, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate project work according to the agreed contract terms. Completed work and outstanding balances remain payable.
